I was actually getting bullied at this school and when I returned home I had new issues that I didnt have before attending GBA. , I went to GBA for 2 years between the years of 2012-2014. Greenbrier Academy for Girls was opened by Lionel J. Mitchell in 2007 shortly before the closure of Alldredge Academy, which was a program that Lionel Mitchell had opened in 1999. I also had to read the impact statement from my parents about why they sent me there. Our daughter went there to get away from the overwhelm of the large public school in our city. Every time I struggled, I would get privileges taken away.
